Important Requirements for E-Apostille:

• All documents submitted for E-Apostille must be e-certified by a UK Solicitor or Notary Public prior to submission. This is a mandatory requirement by the FCDO.
• Our Solicitors and Notaries are equipped with Qualified Electronic Signatures (QES) in accordance with eIDAS regulations, ensuring full compliance for digital certification.
• Certain document types are not accepted by the FCDO for E-Apostilling. If you're unsure whether your document is eligible, please contact us — we're happy to help.

Please Note:

We cannot certify Powers of Attorney or Affidavits that have already been signed. Our Solicitors or Notaries must witness the signing in order to certify these documents.
