Once we receive your order, we will first verify that your document is suitable for processing. The document must be correctly signed, officially stamped or sealed, and generally of UK origin. Some documents cannot be apostilled, but we will do our best to guide you in obtaining the correct documents where possible. If your document cannot be processed, it will be returned to you free of charge.

Many documents require additional certification before an apostille can be issued. Where possible, we can arrange this certification, often at no extra cost. Once your document has been checked, we ensure it is safely submitted to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), the official government issuing authority, and that the apostille is issued correctly according to the type of document provided.
